Chef C. Barclay Dodge of Bosq, Aspen has found a partner and a cohort in Brook LeVan of Sustainable Settings in Carbondale, Colorado. The two riff off one another's passions from dirt to dishes. These two co-create the culinary experience. This is more than a collaboration, this is a stewardship in a revolution to change the way we eat and experience food. This farmer and Chef Dodge have been drawn together by their desires and drive to rediscover flavor.
Through a special series, which will be held three times in the summer and three times in the winter at Bosq, twenty+ guests will experience the alchemy of flavor presented by Chef Dodge. Here, Chef elevates the essence of the bio-dynamic food grown and raised on the land of Sustainable Settings. The experience is a pathway to senses.
